“I had stepped out of the house for a dentist appointment when he stumbled using his walker (don't know how it happened because he has used the walker for 3 years). But I make sure he always wears the Alert button when I leave for any short reason. This was the first time he has had to use it and you were there immediately. He did not need any medical assistance - a bruised knee is all there was and no need for hospitalization. Thanks again for your prompt arrival and getting him back on his feet. Rita Power”

“My mom fell and was unable to get up. She pressed her Alert 1 button and told them to call me. They not only called my cell but also my home phone and my husband's cell. Then they called her later to make sure she was okay.”

“Alert 1 has been working very well for me. Just yesterday I was on my way home from Upstate NY, the Plattsburgh area, visiting my son and his family. We didn't hear our phones ring but when checking saw that there were Alert 1 voicemails from you. All of our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd emergency #'s were called and my daughter was able to call you back and tell you that all was ok. My great grandchildren must have pushed it accidentally while giving me a hug goodbye. I'm forever grateful that the system obviously works. Thanks for being on top of things.”

“I ordered this Alert 1 system for my mother, who is 90, and took a fall recently. She's still in her house alone most of the day, but has some support between family and an Aide since then. The Alert 1 has been a God-send because even though it has gone off for reasons of sensitivity of movement, the people at Alert 1 are simply amazing, caring and doing a phenomenal job when they call to make sure she is ok. I've been at the house numerous times when it's been activated (not because of a fall, thank goodness) and the Alert 1 personnel are kind, considerate, "on task" every time and just wonderful people. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to know that their loved one, who is a fall risk, just needs a little help when you are not there.”

“My mother had fallen and I was notified right away and was able to go and check on her. She broke both of her hips but, thanks to you, she didn't spend hours and hours on the floor before she received help.”
