“I am completely satisfied, my alert is working properly. You even contact me when I transfer from chair to chair. This is good because I know you are handling your responsibility as you agreed and this gives me the security that I was in search of. Thank you so much for your service. “The system seems to be working fine. Several times it has been activated without my knowing why. I had not fallen. Perhaps I inadvertantly bumped the pendant. The voice exchange was very congenial. Although I am not likely to fall, or need help in other emergencies, I have subscribed to Alert 1 because I live alone, and value the available service, just in case.”

“I have tested the device a few times and the response it pronto. They are all very nice and compassionate. Thankfully I have not needed it yet and pray that I do not need it for an emergency. It does give me peace of mind since I am a single woman. I would recommend it to anyone who is living alone just to have. Cost/day is about $1.03 which is worth your peace.”

“Thank you so much for your service. I live out of state from our mom, so it give me peace knowing your there for her. When she set up her system and called to make sure it was working the operator was so kind and had a nice long chat with her. Our mother feels more secure knowing your there for her!”

“Everyone always answers so politely, even if the alert goes off on its own. I have been having problems with the alert being too sensitive, but I guess that is good considering that it at least it does alert someone.”

“Writing for my mom, Clyda. I am very pleased with your service. Mom has accidently set the alarm off several times by the way she sits down. The person is always very kind sounding. Having this system gives me peace of mind about her. Even though we aren't far apart in distance (150') I don't have to worry about her being unable to get up after a fall. (This has happened twice before we purchased the alarm system.) Thank you!”

“I am Linda, the daughter of Dolores, we are very grateful for Alert 1, I live in Carson City and she is in South Lake Tahoe,I feel much better knowing Alert 1 is pretty much right there with her, example... she pushes the button by accident,(more often than she should), she has done this a couple times while I was there and a friendly staff has called right away to make sure she is OK Thank you for your patience and having such a wonderful product.”

“Unfortunately, Alert 1 did not work for my dad...he was always misplacing it or forgetting to wear it, but the people that i dealt with ( i remember Siri) were all wonderful and although we cancelled our subscription, based on the first months service, i will recommend you to my other friends who are looking for easier systems for their parents. I am sorry it didnt work for my dad.”

“Tested my machine 2 times when the yellow test button was blinking and was very pleased with the very quick response. The person called my name loudly to see if I was ok and then kept me chatting a bit to make sure I really was ok! Makes me feel safe to live alone!”

“Everything is working fine. Whenever I call your representatives are very helpful. Fortunately I have not any emergencies but have set off the alarm by accident. I received a response immediately. They were wonderful. Excellent service.”
