“Thank god for you! My grandmother actually had a hemorrhagic stroke and we were able to get her to the hospital. She is in ICU but would have died had it not been for alert 1!!”

“I am writing this review for my mother. She has a pendant with fall protection that she wears around her neck. There are times that she will activate the button by mistake but even when she does the operators are friendly and quick to respond to make sure she is ok. A few nights ago she called me and woke me up to tell me that her blood sugar was reading 400 and that she was in bad shape. I told her to press her button and headed to her house. I received a call from your staff alerting me of the dispatch and situation as I was leaving. When I arrived 10 minutes later emergency services were already on scene treating mom. Thank you so much!”

“My Father, who lives two hours from me, fell in his bathroom. Once he knew he couldn't get up, he used the Alert One necklace. Your operator was there right away and ended up calling the authorities for assistance. Paramedics, Firemen, and Maryland State Troopers gained entry and helped him. He would have been on the floor for a very long time if we didn't subscribe to your service. This is the best money I ever spent.”

“I am the daughter of Rosina, I pay for her service, she lives in California and I live in Virginia. She has had to used the Emergency button a few times since being installed and every SINGLE time I have received a phone call with a TRUE PROFESSIONAL who is completely calm and concerned from Alert 1. They give me minute to minute update and never once did I feel like they were in a rush to give me information and not rush me off the phone.
