“I was hesitant to answer the call because the caller ID said Ogden, Utah it didn't say Alert One. My husband had the same reaction and didn't answer the call at all. Now we know but still dangerous.”

“I'm glad I have a chance here to express my gratitude in the prompt and efficient manner Alert1 handled this episode. I (next of kin) was called on my cell phone, which had been turned off, but then they tried again on my landline and reached me. I would say the response time for help to arrive was about 15 minutes after the button was pressed, which I think is very good. I live about 50 miles away, so I could not help. Fortunately, my cousin Jan had only fallen and wasn't hurt but couldn't get up herself. Your people came in and helped her up, checked her out and put her in her walker. By then I had called her part-time caregiver who showed up before the responders left. We all agree that the system works! And I thank you very much for being there for her.”

“Alert 1 saved my mother's life! She woke with severe chest pain. Took two aspirin and pushed the Alert 1 Call Button. When the EMT's arrived mom opened the front door for them but collapsed reaching for her purse prior to leaving in the ambulance. She collapsed from a complete cardiac arrest. The EMT's shocked her twice to get her pulse and applied chest compressions while transporting her to the hospital. The hospital performed a heart catheterization to remove the blockage and inserted a stint to open the artery. Thanks to Alert 1 the EMT's just in time to save my mother's life.”

“i was having severe dizzy spells after a few days home from heart valve replacement i pushed my button and the man answered and assured me help was on the way. which it was. went to emergency and later was transferred downtown and quickly had surgery for a pacemaker because my heart kept pausing . Alert one got me the help i needed.”
