“I am writing for the mother, Elanie Katzer. (she has no email). Apparently it worked, except they did not call the second person on the list, who is the person who lives closest to her. That would have been best. They called my sister Robin Ibarra, then me Jenny Armstrong, but I believe they were supposed to call Charlene second, and me third. None the less, it all worked out.”

“My mother fell yesterday and pressed her pendant. The notification ystem worked great, and the paramedics were able to get into the house because we had a lock box set up. Very pleased with the service!”

“Mom fell in her kitchen, cut her head and fractured her hand. The Alert1 staff dispatched paramedics, and contacted me right away. Within 1/2 an hour of the fall, Mom was being treated in the ER. I spoke with several of the staff ( at least two different people), and each of them were extremely helpful & considerate, following up with the paramedics to determine Mom's status and exact location, so I knew exactly where to go ( I live an hour away). All of you do a fantastic job, can't thank you enough. P. S. You're always very patient too, all the times Mom inadvertently sets off her alarm!”

“My father fell and hit his head. There was no help from you. I called when I got his system and explained that I had ordered the remote system and had received the land line system. I was told the correct unit would ship and I could send back the incorrect one at no charge. I have not received the new one. I received a call from the company after I sent this rating in. They were VERY helpful in resolving all of my issues. Sent a new unit, corrected all my information and were veryresponsible. I believe that their willingness to handle problems is really more important than selling a product. I was VERY impressed and appreciative .”
