“My mother had a fall and pushed her Alert 1 button. She did not feel emergency services were necessary, but did hurt her ankle and asked that I, her daughter, be contacted. Members of the Alert 1 team are so caring and courtious. They contacted me immedialely, and we were able to get immediate care for my mom. I am thoroughly happy with Alert 1.”

“You were very nice on the phone and my help was here within 5 minutes. Thank you very much. I told them that if I had wine we could have a party..there were 6 extra people in my house at 10 pm. One is a nurse who checked me before they got me up. I pray that I won't need you again, but I do know it works...then you followed up with a call.”
