“Excellent, well-maintained vehicles . . . the driver picking us up at the airport was very good, knowledgeable and friendly. However, the driver taking us from the hotel to the airport does not need to be taking personal calls on his cell phone while transporting customers. Patti had to ask him to hang up his phone . . . he apologized and we got to the airport safely but that is not a good practice in NYC traffic. This kept you from getting a 5-star rating.”

“Timing was great as was the driver however I don’t consider a base model Camry as a VIP vehicle. We did not get what we paid for.”

“I used the limo service 3 times, a return trip to manhattan from JFK and another trip to Bethpage Black again from Manhattan, all limo's arrived on time, never had any issues, only thing I would say is I ordered a VIP vehicle on all 3 occasions which on their website states Lincoln and Cadillac and I basically got a SUV the first 2 times and then a Toyota the 3rd time, I'm not complaining about this as was still comfortable and had no issues but just pointing this out.”
