“On the way into New York, we had paid the extra $10 for the driver to meet us inside at baggage claim, but that did not happen. He told us he could not do that but didn't explain why. Other than that one issue, both drivers were timely, friendly, and helpful. We especially enjoyed Rodney, he was great!”

“Driver was nice, car was clean. Paid for a luxury sedan, but all it seemed was a silver town car and not the usual black. I was expecting something a little nicer. Overall, good experience”

“Used the service three times Nov 9-10. First driver was horrendous-was not at designated pickup location, arrived finally 25 minutes late. Second and third drivers were much better (the third was my favorite-would love to have him drive me again!) and more like the pleasant professionals I had expected.”

“There was confusion about our pickup at the airport. We were trying to avoid stress and having to transport our luggage. I could not seem to communicate with the person who answered to main telephone number. However, out driver was excellent and once we connected with him, he provided a safe and comfortable ride to the hotel.”

“Flight was delayed by an hour but the driver was still waiting, although it's a bit of a 'free for all' at Newark Airport when trying to meet your pick up so there was a slight delay whilst we found him. Would definitely use again.”

“Gentlement there is one thing I am worried please check what is going on: With my booking You pick up in my account at the 19th, $79,63 and 70,36 US, EWR to Manhattan and return. At 24th again $70,03 US, and today again $112,14 and $126,59. Would You be so kind explain me all this payments ????”

“Overall, I had a good experience with my two recent trips with Allstate. My only complaint was that I specifically booked to be picked up inside at the Newark airport, but the driver opted to pick me up outside because "it was easier". I do not expect to be charged the added $10 for this service. Thanks”

“When i turned my phone on after immigration got a message that the driver was waiting for us gave us his details and cell number. We had ordered a minivan for five and the driver seemed upset as he had an SUV. He said minivans only took four passengers and I explained to him the website said a minivan seated five passengers. however the car was in excellent condition.”

“I ordered and paid for LUXURY sedan and was picked up in a Toyota Camry. It was clean and he was on time and got me to hotel but a Camry is NOT a luxury sedan. So my only complaint would be that I didn't get what I paid for...”

“I reserved my car about ~16 hours before pickup. After setting my pickup time, I realized when looking at the confirmation email that I needed to be picked up an hour earlier. I called Allstate, changed my time, and received another confirmation email of the correct time. The next morning, the driver was not ready and waiting (or so I though), and I called into the service again. In their system, my pickup time was still listed for the later time, despite the confirmation email that I received. Amazingly, the driver was already there, even though my pickup time was "supposedly" not for another hour. The actual ride itself was quick and smooth and the driver was very apologetic, but thankfully he was there early.”

“Driver was diligent in ensuring we found him: he called a few minutes after we landed and directed us as to which door and how to find him. The company also triggered an email that contained the tag number of car we had ordered.”

“Coming in on an international flight it was frustrating that the confirmation email had no instructions on where to meet the driver so I had to mess around for a while upon landing. That said the staff were helpful, the driver courteous and everything went smoothly from that point. Would use again but would like to confirm a meeting point beforehand in future”
