Wrong colour mirror delivered and no reply to my messages still two days later. Waste of time as i took the day off and stayed home all day and terrible customer service. I am stillness waiting on a reply

Didn't receive my item when I paid extra to have it delivered next day, there were no email sent I called and the recilptionist although nice didn't know jack all about order or the company. I got a response to my email a day lare after opening a paypal dispute. They said that they would have the item sent to me on Saturday and nothing came AGAIN!! no emails, no phone call and no explanation!!! I asked for a refund for the extra I paid for next day delivery and again NOTHING!

I had ordered an item which I was told via email would be delivered by the 8th May, it turns out that it is stuck at some depot and will be delivered within 2-5 days. If I had known this before ordering I would not have placed this order

I give them nothing because that's what I got! I ordered my table and 4 chairs on 27th April to be delivered on May 3rd. Money was taken from my account on the 2nd. I took my old table apart and excitedly waited for my lovely new one. On the morning of 3rd at 7.25am I get an email saying unfortunately the table was out of stock and couldn't be delivered. My dinner party for tomorrow may 6th now ruined as got no table or chairs. Don't let this useless company ruin your plans. 😡

Item arrived damaged sent it back & 3/4 weeks later still waiting on my unit & emails are being ignored I will be contacting trading standards !!

Item arrived damaged and 2 pieces missing. This was 2 weeks - have not received any news of what they are going to do about it yet since emailing with photos of the damage. I did not sign for it, it was left 2 doors down. The solution is obvious -send the missing parts and replacement parts. According to the Office of Fair Trading: Consumers have a right to a reasonable opportunity to examine goods and reject them if faulty. In the case of complex goods, a reasonable opportunity to examine means a chance to try the goods out. Consumers cannot legally be deprived of this right by being required to sign 'satisfaction' notes on delivery

The item was signed for as being in good order by this customer, we are trying to assist and come to a solution in this matter, even though we stress clearly items should be check for visible signs of outer packaging damage prior to signing and if damaged sign as damaged. Carriers deny all responsibility if this is not carried out and this is why we stress that this MUST happen. As damage could happen during transit or after delivery, so must be verified at each point.

Unfortunately this item was signed for and not as damaged as we instruct all customers to do in circumstances where damage is visible upon delivery as failure to do so totally absolves the carrier of all responsibility and puts liability onto the recipient. We have also requested the missing part numbers and had no response to this request over 3 weeks ago. We will happily deal with the issues where we can providing procedures have been followed.

I received my wardrobe with missing parts, I have continuously emailed and phoned up to try and get the missing parts sent out and still nothing. My 5 year old daughter can't even open her wardrobe because it's the handles that were missing. The wardrobe itself is lovely would look even nicer finished. So disappointed with the after care.

We can only apologise about the delay in the parts. The parts were shipped as you initially requested and we have resent parts again. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
