I order 8 chairs from this business. It did not get delivered after 15 days. When I call them they just saying they have no update and can't even say what happened to the order. Worst purchase experience, customer service and overall business I have dealt with. If you want to get rid of your money and get nothing for it buy from allure furnishing

Poor service table has arrived with 2 huge splits in the top. Filled in form took pictures 5 days later still waiting for a response. Cannot believe this company has zero customer service but asks for reviews!!!!

At first we thought great price of the item. Until I got an email saying because my postcode was ab41 we had to pay £45 for delivary almost the same price as the item itself when I asked if there was a free delivary I was just told no. We were then given a refund without even asking for one. Shocking customer service I will NEVER recommend or use this company again.

Had trouble paying for the item, wouldn't accept any method of payment except PayPal.. Finally the order went through, I had to email to ask for confirmation. Once confirmed I was told that the item would be delivered on Friday via corrier. I received a email on Thursday to say that my item had be left the depot and was on its way. Friday comes and I have yet another email, one from PayPal to say the money had been refunded and the other from the company saying that my item was out of stock until November!!!! What a mess. Now the company has asked for me to rate their service!!

Item arrived as expected but upon taking all 20-odd pieces out of the box, I found there were no assembly instructions supplied with the product. I have now contacted Allure Furnishings FIVE times asking if they could simply send me a PDF of the instructions (as they are impossible to find anywhere online) and clearly this is a company that cares only about taking your money as apposed to providing a product you can actually use! Disgusting response from your customer services team.

This company is borderline fraudulant. The order and delivery went fine, delivered on time. That's when it all started to go wrong. A missing piece prompted me to look at the FAQ area of the website where it tells you to email a picture of the batch number with the missing part. This I did and after 48 hours of no response I rang the helpline. It was immediately obvious that the line is not run by allure. Promised me a call back which never happened. Finally after 2 further days got through to them via Facebook where I was told they hadn't had the email. Complete rubbish as I had an automated response! Submitted again via online form and got an email 24 hours later saying it had been raised with the parts department. Three phone calls later and with no response to my emails, Facebook or calls, and I still have a missing major part. Bottom line is that I am £73 out of pocket and now I will file a court ccj against the company and contact trading standards. Never, I mean never transact with this company. Be warned. Order IN2860.

I havent recieved the bed I ordered. I was told it would be delivered on 28th September and it wasnt. After 5 phonecalls I still havent been given a reason for the none delivery of the bed (which is for my daughter, who is currently having to sleep on the floor). Each time I have phoned Allure Furnishings Ltd I have been told that I will be phoned back with information. So far I haven't recieved one phonecall to tell me what is happening with my order!!...and my daughter continues to sleep on the floor. Very disappointed.

my order was placed late Wednesday 20th September, with 1-3 business days quoted for delivery On tuesday 26th I emailed to find out when it was due - no reply On wednesday 27th I rang and spoke to Jan. She said she would have to liaise with the couriers, call her back in 48 hours, to which I said no I couldn't be expected to wait that long when we were already past when it should have arrived , she agreed to get back to me as soon as she could. Same day wed 27th I rang back and spoke to Andrew, explaining that on my account on your website it showed the order as complete. I asked him to get the manager (wayne) to call me back no call back received On thursday 28th I rang again (9.45am) and spoke to Danielle she took down another request for me to be called by a manager. no call back received Thursday 28th 3.40pm i rang again and spoke to Clare. she took down another request for me to be called by a manager. no call back received. Friday noon - and still nothing from anyone. email sent to chase it up and request immediate call. 4.10pm friday still no call back. phoned again, spoke to Chloe. Cannot put me through to a manager or give their email contact. She will escalate to Elaine, the director. Have requested a call before the end of the day in summary - I still have no item. You have my £151. I am utterly shocked at the state of your customer services. Amusingly, I received an email asking me to write a review. for the product I havent even had - so here it is!

"Ordered a chair and paid extra for next day delivery. One week later and the chair still isn't here. The manager has refused to take my phone calls and the staff are unable to process a refund. Have had to open a case with Trading Standards and start a Paypal dispute in order to get my \u00a3237.99 back. A truly dreadful company."

Ordered console table two packages and they only sent 1 package. Rang to see if we could see what went wrong but never got return call no explanation no apology Requested PayPal return payment as after service is terrible

I contacted Allure furnishing many times the service absolutely atrocious they kept saying they'd get the manager to ring me back and he never ever did I never had a phone call back until I threatened and with solicitors and I contacted my bank to get the money Returned because I never received the goods and they could be done for fraud then all of a sudden they decided to send it by UK Mail in the post the following day. I would not order for this company again and no one ever phone you back and they promise you they will and they don't it's actually atrocious company do not buy from them big big mistake

Shoddy outfit. Avoid at all costs. Don't bother phoning as you only get a call handling agency who are useless. The mysterious 'Wayne' who is always in the warehouse and apparently has no mobile phone always promised to phone back but never does. Stuff ordered and paid for 2 months ago and no response on delivery. Theft. Court action started and trading standards on it. Poor, piss poor in fact worse than piss poor.

Dreadful company. Ordered a chair for next day delivery (at additional cost). 5 days later, I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have called 3 times, and on each occasion been assured that the manager will be looking into it, and that he would be calling me back. To date, I have received no call from the manager. I will be involving Trading Standards if this isn't resolved by the end of today. Shocking experience.

It is now 23rd September and my furniture was due for delivery on 21st September. I have tried to contact both yourselves and the delivery company numerous times and have still heard nothing back from either of you. I spoke to a young lady on Friday who said she would pass my message on and that someone would get back to me, I am still waiting. I have to say that I am very disappointed in the service, at the moment I certainly wouldn't recommend you to anyone and I don't know if I would order from you again. You have my money and I have no furniture and have no idea where it is and it seems you don't either. Not a very good scenario is it. If I don't hear from you on Monday I want a full refund or I will take this further. I am really sorry to be like this, I am quite a patient person and understand that the world doesn't run perfectly, we all have hiccups and do the best we can to deal with them, however, nothing seems to be being done about this one. They are unrelaible, iresponsive and ignorance. I purchased an item for next day delivery but never recieved anything. I contacted them a few times but no response at all.

I ordered two pieces of furniture and purchased next day delivery. I was emailed on the day of delivery to say that the furniture would be delivered the following day. I rang the company over three times trying to get to the bottom of the issue, as I had taken a day off work and had driven 80 miles to be at home to receive the parcels. The company repeatedly told me they'd "speak to the manager" and call me back, but then didn't. Eventually I had a call from a private number explaining they had had problems in the warehouse. I was not offered a refund for the next day delivery charge I had paid. When the goods were delivered the boxes they came in were not damaged. However, when I opened them the furniture was damaged in the corners and the paint was peeling off significantly. I filled out two damages forms online in respect of the two items that day. I received no receipt for the forms. I rang the company the next working day to be told they'd ring me back. They did not. The next day, I rang three times and was told the same thing. I was not called back. Today I have rang twice to be told they will ring me back, and still nothing. I am very skeptical about the company and am considering reporting them to trading standards. The customer service is poor, and the quality of the product is poor, especially as I paid so much for my items. Perhaps this review will prompt them to get in contact with me ASAP as I am running out of patience!!

Ordered A chaise lounge and money banked next day. Email said delivery was 4 days later which was interesting as every other supplier I tried said out of stock this should have rung alarm bells. Further message said delivery delayed 3 days. Came and went with no delivery. Numerous phone calls which seemed to be via a call centre. Manager was going to ring back about no show delivery. 2 weeks down the line still no chair and requested refund not happened either. Nightmare company to deal with and company address is a business centre where I was told that they don't have an office its just a mailing address. Have now escalated the situation towards refund.

When I placed my order I requested 15/09 as I had purposely taken the day off work... by 3 pm I hadn't had a delivery so I called... to be told my delivery couldn't be made today due to a warehouse error.. I complained to the lady and she said a manager would call me back... I heard nothing.. I have today received an email saying it would be delivered Tuesday... I am at work and not able or prepared to take another day off work and lose earnings again!! Very dissatisfied as there is no one to speak to in a Saturday either???
