Crikey... Where do I start?!? I placed my order to be told the delivery date was 14/9 no tracking no nothing. The 14th came and went. I contacted Allure only to be told that they would get back to me. 5 phone calls later ~ made by me I may add and N O T H I N G!!! Absolutely shocking ~ I've paid for my item and well... that's about it! Avoid!!!

I brought the Hamilton Ottoman that was in stock, according to your website. Was refunded the money a week later without am email explaining why, out of stock? Still says you have them in stock and you are still able to purchase them! Very poor show!

My product was suppose to arrive on Friday. I waited in all day to receive and it did not arrive. I have tried to contact your service team by email but without response. I still am awaiting a response or delivery of my sofa

Complete lack of cumin action from allure furnishings. Product didn't turn up on day I chose. Emailed allure twice, no response. Messaged on Facebook and got a response saying they would look into it the following morning. They said they only found out about delays when the customer informed them (poor communication with delivery choice then). I asked about a refund and was told it could only be issued once product returned to them when it arrived with me. I messaged next morning and got no response or even a message delivered symbol. 2 days later thought I'd check delivery status with ukmail and they had picked it up early that morning. I drove to the depot as could not afford to wait the further 3 days (this is Saturday of the bank hol weekend). Man at ukmail happy for me to take it and stated it had only been dispatched from allures warehouse on the Friday. Still had no communication from Allure apart from an email asking me to leave review and stating I would get 5% of a next order if I leave a positive one. I will never be ordering from this company again. My daughter had no bed for 3 nights(would have been longer had I not gone to the depot myself!) and my husband had used a days leave for nothing. Product did arrive in a bashed and ripped box but the contents were not damaged.

I order a bed for my daughter. The day before delivery, I got a refund off PayPal. No contact from the company. No call. No email!! How can you purchase something online if it's out of stock? Won't be ordering again!

My boyfriend and I ordered a table and chairs from this company which was delivered on Wednesday. The top was damaged so my boyfriend phoned to report it and got told that a manager was going to be in touch within 24 hours. We had not received anything by Thursday so we phoned again and got told the same thing again. Same happened on Friday and today which is Monday. We had the table so we could have it in time for our dinner party this Wednesday and that is definitely not going to happen!! Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. Whatever you do don't buy off them, they are a terrible company who couldn't care less about their customers!!

The side panel had a 30 cms split.We have not made the cupboard up ,we were very disapointed.It was not worth our while to repack and return. We will have to glue the split and use it in the garage. It is not good enough to go in the bedroom for where it was intended.

I have commented several times on here. I still haven't had a refund, nor has anyone from the company had the decency to get in touch with me about the ongoing issue. Trading standards will now be contacted.

I have contacted Allure many times. Very poor quality product (sofa bed) broke first time it was used. Only bought 3 months ago. I want to send it back and get a refund. No responce. Very poor. Will need to take this further!

Wrong item delivered on 12th June. Replaced on 28th June with another wrong item. No REFUND/ emails/phone calls/ explanation received as yet. Why not?

What went right?! Well done to the customers who have managed to get a reply/refund where applicable. How did you manage that?! A significant number of other customers seem to have been treated very badly.

Have sent 5 messages and photos regarding the mattress I ordered. No reply yet so after sales appears to be non existent. Hopefully I will get a reply before I cancel the payment.

Hi, I would like to clarify. I ordered at six am. I cancelled that afternoon following process recommended on your website. If it's is 2/3 day shipping how can you say I cancelled on day of dispatch? I called after googling your number as not on website when I recieved email stating dispatch. The women I spoke to never called back. Next day delivered. Also after writing this review I recieved an email with courier info for Monday. Between 8-6. I stayed in all day. No courier. I called office again. Was no one in office just receptionist. This company is awful for customer service and the number used is a higher rate number too! Just checked my phone bill

I wish I could put minus stars! Cancelled my order same day following process stated on website. Recieved email confirming dispatch later that week. Called up and told will call back. Did not. Item delivered next day along with another parcel from another company. Realised just before driver drove away. Said he could not take it back. Called allure furnishings. Told to wait for another call. Next day called again. Told to wait for another call re courier. Did not. Called again, manager left early not open say sum. So storing a massive item in my mid terraced house with two year old out of pocket as will not refund money until item returned. three emails four phone calls and two reviews later still no contact, money, communication or apology.

This order was to be shipped on a standard delivery service which is a 2 - 3 day service. The cancellation came in unfortunately on the day it was shipped and the item went out. We have arranged collection of this item and this customer has been made aware and given all the necessary details. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Goods arrived damaged, didn't accept delivery, still not received a replacement yet money paid over a week ago. No one to talk to is not helpful at all. Really frustrating. WROTE THIS REVIEW YESTERDAY HAD EMAIL BACK SAYING SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT TODAY TO ARRANGE REPLACEMENT.......still waiting 😩

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We are having to take the to the Small Claims Court and here's why: We purchased a very basic bed from Allure Furnishing, to meet our budget. - so we knew what to expect in terms of the end product and we are extremely happy with the bed. However... the end panels of this bed were very slightly damaged, with the paint missing and chipped. This was not apparent before opening the packaging, otherwise we would have obviously not signed for it with the courier. We took photos of the damage and sent it via email to the service department right away. It has taken them on average 48 - 36 hours to respond to every email - in which they say that unless we had taken photos of the damaged packaging (of which there was no sign) we will not be sent replacement parts. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now.We are not looking to change our order, we are happy with the bed - we just want the items that were paid for, yet damaged on route / in the warehouse, to be replaced. After repeated efforts to get this resolved and being made to feel that we are being fraudulent, we have no choice but to take this to the Small Claims Court, when it could so easily have been solved with a bit of decent / normal after sales servicing. Shameful.

We clearly state in our Frequently asked Questions page the following information to be sent to us on any damage :- 8. Q - My item has arrived damaged what should I do? A - Please ensure if the package was damaged in transit you have signed for it as damaged please read Receiving Your Delivery on the Delivery Information page. Email us at customerservices@allurefurnishing.co.uk with the following information:- Images of the damaged part Damaged part number your order number Images of the outer packaging of damaged item For parts not damaged in transit (manufacturing faults) we still require the details above. Unfortunately this customer has not provided us with the information we have stated and has threatened us with negative reviews if we do not give into his demands. We have told him this on several occasions we have a process that must be followed as does any business and when we have specifically requested images of the outer packaging which is stated above, we were told this had been taken to recycling. Without this it cannot be determined if this was actually damaged in transit as the customer is claiming or if it was damaged after receipt during assembly. No decision has been made on this claim yet it is still in the process as we have told this customer, but as it was not completed within his given time frame (24 hours) he has chosen to take this route.

Item delivery day after request. Item damaged-looked like manufacturer assembly problem. Reported same day-phone call + e-mail + photo's . Followed up one week later with phone call-left contact number. NO RETURN CONTACT!! Wayne appears not to be concerned.I am now repairing the item . Good job I'm capable but shouldn't be necessary.
