Item arrived damaged and 2 pieces missing. This was 2 weeks - have not received any news of what they are going to do about it yet since emailing with photos of the damage. I did not sign for it, it was left 2 doors down. The solution is obvious -send the missing parts and replacement parts. According to the Office of Fair Trading: Consumers have a right to a reasonable opportunity to examine goods and reject them if faulty. In the case of complex goods, a reasonable opportunity to examine means a chance to try the goods out. Consumers cannot legally be deprived of this right by being required to sign 'satisfaction' notes on delivery
