I appreciate C O N C E P T S T R D / C O M assistance in helping me obtain my returns from this phony trade company. Though I didn't believe in them at first, someone posted about them on this same website and I thought to give it a try. To my surprise, though, is how fast and how reliable they are when it comes to helping on recovery, C O N C E P T S T R D / C O M is the best. I can't believe it and am still curious about how and what they did to help me get my refund in just three days.

Be careful of Scam companies, i was scammed by this same company and some other like that, they took lots of funds out of my Business account every week, all my attempt to stop them they keep intended to ignore me, not untill i reported them to ''KeZooK '' they fought for human right and helps clam what was rightfully yours, with their help am able to smile again and got am my lost funds, not only what this company did to me, they help in any ways you need they to be of help when it comes to getting your fuunndsss back

It's a shame that 0 stars doesn't exist after my experience with them today. So I called their customer service and this man answered. I tried to explain to him why my refund wasn't processed as it has been over 6 weeks since they have received the product. I was quite upset and asked him that I wanted to know. He said "why are you shouting I'm not going to talk to you" and he hung up. I was upset that they are holding £100 for over a month and a half and they kept telling me this is fine and they will sort it. Naturally I was upset but I didn't shout at him and he didn't even give me a chance to explain. So I called again and asked for his name. He refused to give me his name and whats more, he hung up the second time! I can't believe this level of customer service even exist in this day and age. I called the third time and was surprised to find an automated message stating that their entire team is out on an external office training and to contact them tomorrow. This is the worst way any company can handle a customer complaint. You should train your staff better and more importantly, issue refunds on time instead of holding customers money. Give me my money back Alpinetrek!

I returned a pair of approach shoes as they were too small. I sent the parcel on 11th September with it arriving in Bury St Edmunds on the 14th at the uk depot. Almost six weeks later I still await a refund. I contacted Alpine Trek by email and got the same excuses already mentioned here. I lost the postal receipt,but Royal Mail tracking shows parcel received. What do they think I sent them ? Needless to say my refund is lost in space somewhere. Never again!

Didn’t receive the parcel and upon many enquiries as to where my parcel was, I eventually received what was obviously an automated email telling me that my parcel had been lost and an enquiry will start. I’m never seeing that money, or my parcel.

BEWARE – Alpine Trek denied that the item was returned and refused a refund I returned walking boots worth £204 to Alpine Trek’s UK hub and received proof of delivery from Royal Mail. But Alpine Trek refused to refund me (claiming, after weeks of blaming Brexit paper work, that they hadn’t received them - despite my sending them proof). They then claimed they needed proof of postage, not of delivery. Given that proven delivery could not happen without my posting, I had innocently binned the post office postage receipt. I doubt it would have made any difference though. I complained (no response) and wrote to both their CEOs (no response). This suggests that the rot starts at the top. I see from other reviews (I wish I’d read them first!) that this has happened to many others. Is this fraud, or just poor systems combined with a total lack of customer care? I don’t know – but either way, avoid. Note also that using their return label means that Alpine Trek, not you, are Royal Mail’s customer – so you have no right to ask for compensation. Only Alpine Trek can – and, surprise surprise, they are not interested in doing so. Buy elsewhere.

Returned item and it appears to be lost and no refund. Gave them royalmail.com tracking data it was returned to their depot. They want physical receipt evidence. Avoid.

I ordered a couple of expensive items that didn't arrive. I was asked to chase the delivery company myself!!! It was clear that the parcel company were not going to deliver my parcel but AlpineTrek said they couldn't send a replacement or refund me as the parcel tracking information was saying "in transit". It was in transit for over 3 weeks! Unfortunately, if you look at EVRi reviews, a lot of items go "missing" I eventually managed to get hold of the parcel company and they informed me the parcel was missing and I would need to contact AlpineTrek for a refund. I've forwarded this information onto AlpineTrek and they haven't replied. It's been 5 wks since the order date. I am having to chase a refund through PayPal. I would advise anyone not to use this company. If you do, pay through a 3rd party to ensure you get refunds if items don't arrive.

Avoid. The 3-5 day delivery time on their website is a lie. I have been waiting for 9 days now and have still not received my parcel. Alpinetrek have also not responded to my email

I would not recommend shopping with Alpine Trek. They clearly do not keep their website up to date with their stock. I ordered a particular colour jacket and they sent me a diffent colour. I pointed out that the colour they sent me was not even an option to choose on their website but apparently, I as the customer am in the wrong! Unbelievable customer service. Even when presented with screen shots from their own website, I am wrong.

I spent £175 on an item I needed within a certain time frame. 2 days passed, nothing was dispatched. I emailed Alpinetrek to ask when my item would be dispatched. I didn't get a reply, but suddenly my item was marked as dispatched. This was just to get me off their back and the item wasn't dispatched at all. Evri collect their parcels multiple times a day, I've used them a tonne, but I'm now on day 3 of my Evri tracking number showing as 'we're expecting it', and my trip is thus delayed. Can't reach them by phone - it cuts out at the same point in the 'on hold' music every time. Disappointing.

Cannot give 0 stars unfortunately Purchased Patagonia rain jacket which was expensive Delivery acceptable and well packaged. Jacket was a Second not New. The jacket has been worn and has to have been a considerable time considering there was 2 DIRTY USED TISSUES in a pocket. HOW DISGUSTING This is fraudulent advertisement. What I was offered was a free return. Disgusting putting your hand into a pocket and encountering disgusting used tissues. This company must know the jackets a return. Never been checked. I will be sending an e mail to their managing directors but I’d imagine nothing will come off this.

They use Evri, and they admit they have tons of problem with Evri but would rather the customer have this bad experience then going with a more reputable courier and their advice is to place another order and hope it isn’t lost when Evri loses the parcel

Sadly I never received my items. 41 days and still waiting. They very kindly offered a return label when I complained multiple times as my items were for a holiday, so time sensitive...not very helpful when I haven't received items to return. I am about to apply for compensation using the very helpful Customer Rights Act template. I wonder whether the threat of legal action will help the small man, or whether I just have to write the money off. The only advice I can provide is not to contemplate ordering from this company. Not a UK website (as the name would imply) and whether they are deliberately at fault or not, there is a massive logistics problem!!

I ordered 2 x T Shirts for my partner's birthday on the 3rd of April 2022 - over a month later...My order was undelivered and lost by Evri(Hermes) who are pathetic and I still don't have my refund from Alphinetrek. If you are based in the UK don't order from these guys, its a waste of time and money. Their support team is mediocre at best (They didn't seem at all concerned or apologetic) I've exchanged about 10 plus emails with them about my lost parcel and I'm currently waiting of my refund to reflect in my account.
