Gave me a damaged product and no one is coming to pick.it up after several attempts and again I am still struggling to get my refund. Pathetic service, Kindly refund my money. You guys have hired useless people. I want my money back with interest.

Order one formal pant and I am getting issue with size I do replace immediately when I receive package no label on pant when executive they not accept my return Amazon cancelled my order I am getting loss very bad services I am old prime customer I never isuued Amazon on future and suggest to everyone no one issue Amazon very bad service provided for prime user very I never issue Amazon in future

I am writing a long pending review after a failed attempt delivering to parents in Chennai from a me, the daughter abroad. Was eager to cheer them up on Diwali with new clothes and some indications things will be fine through Covid times. But Amazon had to unrealistically ask for OTP - my phone is in the US. Your OTP won’t work. So does that mean I cannot be your customer? I even spoke to customer center, and was assured things will be ok. No use.

I have been shopping online through Amazon India website since past 3-4 years, and the experience is satisfying. Delivery of goods is made in timely manner. Return of goods had always been hassle free. I highly recommend Amazon India for online shopping.

I have been a prime membership for several years. However over last three years the service is very bad. At least 50% items are broken, defective, or delayed. A lot of time is spent on the phone. Amazon is waste of time and money!!! They offer fake discounts!

I ordered a monitor, which came late as well as I booked return the item, but no one turn up to take the item, and still I haven't got my refund. when I called Amazon, they told me that they can't give the refund unless the item has to return to their office. last one week I m waiting for them to come and collect. If they didn't take return, is that my problem? how they can hold my refund, becoz they didn't take the item?

A couple of months back I ordered 4 wifi hotspots from a seller on Amazon for my team at work. We received a package containing 2 dongles and an HDMI cable. Tried to return several times, but the package was not collected. Amazon 'investigated' for a refund and came back and said, 'no', that the 30,000 /- order would not be refunded. At that point, I swore to myself never to use Amazon India again. A couple of months down the line and the experience was less stark in my mind, so I decided to place an order for 2 electric heaters. Guess what!? I ordered and paid for 2, but only 1 was delivered! Again - no recourse and no responsibility taken by the platform. That's it Amazon - you take no responsibility for your customer's experience and care nothing about recourse where things go wrong. I am buying local from now - you've actually forced me through your incompetence to do the RIGHT thing, so I suppose I'll be grateful for that. Encourage everyone else - go to your local shop and buy. Support your community and local economy. AVOID AMAZON!

I live in USA. I have ICICI NRO debit card from ICICI. I am unable to use in Amazon.in. It asks for secure 3D and when I enter, in few seconds, it fails with message payment declined. I checked ICICI bank, the secure 3D is correct, card number is correct, CVV is correct, more ICICI doesn't have outage and I can use same card to do other transactions in India.

Your company is a fraud company making fool to customers stop cheating people I have ordered mahindra marazoo body cover on 22nd September and received item on 29th September2021 but you have sent wrong item its different body cover then I requested to return you have given approval to return but waited for nearly 2 months but nobody came to pickup, as per your given option and address given on your company cover I have sent it to New Delhi address but there no such address was there no body is there to pickup and no proper contact number given on return address, it's a total fraud business running by your company now how can we get justice can we file case against you in the consumer court

I have been shopping on Amazon India for many years now, never had issues. However I ordered a couple of items recently for a friend that needed to be delivered to a pick up location. I was surprised when these items got cancelled or returned without me returning the order. Only 1 of the 5 items were delivered. I contacted customer service who were supposed to call me to figure out why this happened but I am still waiting. My worse experience with Amazon.

Is Amazon officially duping its customers? Had heard stories about customers receiving toys instead of the high end mobiles and electronic gadgets they had ordered from Amazon but experienced it personally for the first time. Had ordered a Tagg Verve smartwatch in Amazon big Diwali sale. For several days they kept silly dallying about the delivery of the product since the sale had got over and the price had been hiked. Finally I received a parcel delivered by a suspicious looking delivery executive who said Amazon had expedited the delivery. Paid the delivery executive who claimed he was Laxman (also took his photo) Rs 1999 through Amazon Pay link. However 2 minutes later, I was in for Rude shock when I saw toys in the parcel instead of the Tagg verve watch I had ordered. We chased the delivery boy and clicked his photos with the parcel and also complained to Amazon. Am still waiting for refund to be processed.

Amazon will save complete personal details like credit card details, phone number, address etc. without permission. I lost 55000 RS. due to a fraud transaction and Amazon said they only provide a online platform for online shopping and they are not responsible. I noticed the fraud transaction within mins and complained, but did not help. Also for fraud transactions, the order will not be listed under my orders, so you can't even cancel the order. Running around for refund even after 2 years in consumer court.

It's really bad service Amazon providing in terms of refund it's been 13th days since I had cancelled my order still I haven't get my refund. When I check with customer care they are saying it has been refunded in my account even I got email saying the same but it's all fake, it's not just about money it's about trust so what I suggest to all customers is never do prepayments for any order because if you cancelled after payment then there is no guarantee that you will get your payment back when you go for customers support they will redirect you to your bank support. So be aware of this fraud things be safe.

Its hard to see such a horrible customer service with no coordination or even the ability to solve the issues. I have been after them for the last one month and still dont know to whom I had to chat. There seems to be some bunch of people telling whatever solutions they feel right but sufferings are on to us. The last time they gave me 72 hrs immediate action and update but nothing happened. The guys we chat do not know what exactly the problem and we had to explain again and again, still reaching to zero point. If even though there is enough money in your account they wont let us to use it or refund. Guys all be careful before adding any money to their account.

Worst customer service! I ordered phone during sale which was out for delivery till the last day however they cancelled it on the last day stating "undeliverable"!! Seriously?? I request people to stop buying things from this site! They are using people during the sale
