"I am an Amazon prime member from last few years in 2 countries (India $ US). I have placed an order on Amazon.in (order number: 407-7784428-8405169) which was rudely cancelled by courier man (maybe it is heavy). Then I ordered another item on 31 mar which suppose to receive by 2nd April. However it is not delivered yet and getting rescheduled on every day with new OTP. It is very frustrating especially for prime member, I think I wasted my money in prime membership."

Her approach was unhelpful, and at times, even rude, making the resolution process frustrating.\r\n\r\nAmazon seems to have little control over its vendors and the quality of products they deliver. Over the past six months, I have had to return multiple laptops and extended warranty purchased for the laptops due to various issues. This has caused unnecessary hassle and inconvenience. I ordered a laptop for one of our offices three times, returned it twice and the third order has been delivered with an unlicensed version of MS Office!!!\r\n\r\nI sincerely hope Amazon takes serious measures to improve vendor accountability and enhance customer experience.\r\n\r\nThank you."
