“I'm extremely sad that I can't give a 0 or negative rating. Amazon.in just looted me of INR 7000. The 2 gift cards I added of total INR 7000 can't be found in my account. It wasn't used at all and now they're saying they can't find it even after providing all the details of the 2 gift cards. I swear to God the customer service crew doesn't have any brains. They're just there to give standard responses. Might as well save money by firing all these worthless staff and refund my money.”

“One of the Pathetic experience ever had with any online service. Good for Nothing. You are the biggest fraudsters ever met with. You not only wasted time but also money, energy, high blood pressure, more over only doing timepass of us. 4 products purchased in last 2 week non of them matches the site photo. Failed to meet the customers expectations. Never suggest to friends and family to purchase anything even a pin from Amazon. Bad basest, worst worsted, annoying Pathetic.”

“Absolutely horrible. I ordered twice, both items failed to be delivered. Customer service was unable to help. Amazon's site would not let me cancel my orders since "they" showed the products as in transit, which doesn't matter if they NEVER show up. Never again!! Amazon India has proven themselves to have ZERO control over the products that I ordered once they were supposedly shipped. Epic fail!!”

“I ordered an ultrawide monitor for a good price. My money was taken but three hours later I recieved an email to say my order had been cancelled. The proce on the website went up by 40%. I complained but was told it was a marketplace seller and they would chase on my behalf. I tried several more times after nothing came back but have just been ignored”

“I have had great service with Amazon but this last one was so terrible I don't have words for it. Ordered from a 3rd party seller on Amazon rated as amazing on the site. Order did not come after 10 days and each time I spoke to Amazon I was told to wait another 2 days. After multiple calls and emails I made a noise on twitter and still had no proper help in getting a refund. The purchase was expensive too. Had to email the MD email to get a response. Ended up that the sellers account was hacked and many people caught. Took 4 days after final email for a refund”

“Not happy with the service at all. I ordered a Rubiks cube for my daughter's birthday and they sent me completely the wrong item which was a real disappointment because I know how pleased she would have been with the one I ordered. It was too late to do anything about it in time so she had to go without, sadly. I decided to send it back but what a palava! Two of the three return options require a printer. Mine was out of ink which was going to cost about three times the cost of the puzzle. The other meant I had to go to the sorting office which is a lot of hassle where I live. Why can't you just write the address with a pen? And there is no option to exchange it for the right one, only a refund or gift card. I daren't order another one in case they get it wrong again. With no possibility of actual human contact you can't trust them. I think I've had enough of Amazon. They're not as good as they were.”

“Product was delivered but left with unknown neighbour without any details or card. I didnt get my product even though I paid for next day delivery. The neighbour brought the package after 2 days. Very irresponsible delivery from the driver and amazon for pressuring the drivers with targets.”

“I ordered with Amazon Prime two day shipping. It took them six days after confirming my order for fifty dog training pads before shipping them to me. Now they are lost in the mail and haven't been found even three days after they were supposed to arrive.”
