“Highly delighted with the whole service provided by Amazon Prime. I was a little sceptical at first and hesitated before I joined. I need not have worried. The whole deal is excellent value for money. Not just the free next day delivery but also the terrific free movies and music. I have been able to discover many new artists and genres that I would never have experienced and all at a time and place to suit me. Very well done Amazon. I am completely sold on Prime. Keep it up!”

“I buy books on amazon, but I made a mistake of signing on to prime @ £7.99 per month, when I found out I was paying this monthly payment to buy a book ' say @ £2.00 it dawned on me I was paying £9.99p, so I got my bank to stop the payment of £7.99p,, then amazon stopped all my future purchases, this is a con!!!, customer services said they would put it right but still cannot get a book to download to my kindle, my bank has put it right at there end, but still no joy, I was going to buy new kindle but not now”
