“Ordered something for a children's school in Texas, was supposed to arrive Thursday since they needed it by Saturday. It never arrived. Contacted Amazon, they did make it right by giving a discount on similar more expensive item and next day shipped it. The school got it just in time.”

“There is a great selection of the products. What I find challenging is that the delivery to Ireland is difficult or impossible at times for some products and sometimes it is not clearly stated at the product, that this is not possible to deliver. It would be good to have a more straightforward way to indicate that this particular product will be not allowed to be delivered outside of the state of the company or just because a destination is Ireland. I also find irritating, when I receive an advertising email of the products which are not allowed to come to Ireland after all , I lose time looking them up and end up disappointed. Some deliveries take a long time, even though it is improved lately, so I like that.”
