“Amazon has to be the best retailer online. With the few problems our family have had over a number of years, even the smallest of problems have been sorted out in our favour, with fantastic customer service. They are always our "go to" supplier, when so often we get problems continuously with other sites, but not so much now as we tend to use Amazon more than all the others put together! I have even considered stopping buying online and going back to local stores with so many problems, and if it wasn't or Amazon I would have done this a long time ago.”
