“There is a great selection of the products. What I find challenging is that the delivery to Ireland is difficult or impossible at times for some products and sometimes it is not clearly stated at the product, that this is not possible to deliver. It would be good to have a more straightforward way to indicate that this particular product will be not allowed to be delivered outside of the state of the company or just because a destination is Ireland. I also find irritating, when I receive an advertising email of the products which are not allowed to come to Ireland after all , I lose time looking them up and end up disappointed. Some deliveries take a long time, even though it is improved lately, so I like that.”

“Amazon is one of the best websites I have come across. They have a large selection of products. They have the best prices and ship times of most websites. I like the fact that they give you a view of other sellers and they're prices and shipping fees. Amazon Prime is amazing! For the small fee, you get two day shipping, free shipping and access to prime music, e-books, and videos. The free shipping has covered the cost of having a prime membership pretty quickly. The Prime pantry has saved me even more money. Using Amazon has saved me time and money! No complaints here!”
