“I like ordering from Amazon but your guard has to always be up, causing you to always do your homework on prices, also had cases where products were not as described or pictured. I also have a real problem with delivery: tracking info will state "handed off directly" or "Placed in Secure Location" when actually items were left on porch. the Plus' are you can find deals super easy ordering.”

“I love the variety and convenience that I can get on the site. I like the fact that I can order something and it usually shows up within a week and I don't have to go to the store and pick it up so I have more time to do other things I need to do.”

“I have been using Amazon Prime since it was first offered. As a senior male citizen, shopping is not and really never has been something I ever really enjoyed. I want something and search Amazon for basically anything I need. Tools, clothes, grandchildren toys and all else that I might need. It's delivered to what ever address I choose and most always on time.”
