These guys are hit and miss. I can’t fault the delivery but if anything is faulty or needs to be sent back there’s chaos. I bought some dresses for the wife for my mums wedding (re marriage) I ordered three and returned the other two.. I was charged for the wrong ones and was chasing it for about 6-7 months.. constant refund and recharging me. Absolute joke!

It is very time saving and fast sale with many choices to buy from. I did not like that it has only 30 days to return, sometimes we order to save time but to get them used or opened or installed in home in our daily life it takes time. And the time we actually open it and check out we are late for return and their is no easy way to talk to supplier and explain your case unless you have to go through contact us and there it is all kind of may be situation. It would be better if they allow more time for return. Amazon has become new way of life, but not able to buy quick and return little late for more buying guy like me is tough. Or else i have to buy less from amazon and then try all of them and for sure i keep them, then i should order more. right now i still need to buy more, but due to return policy little stringent i am limiting my emotion not to buy that fast as i used to buy earlier. Hope they resolve that quickly or charge little more for premium plus customer like me to get that freedom of quality check and order more.
