“I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, size 13. The company made a mistake and sent a 15. No big deal, they exchanged the item. Well the 13 is too small and the company won’t let me exchange them for a 14 at the same price. I am told only one exchange is allowed. How can the first replacement count against me when American Tall sent the wrong size? You can’t speak to a human being to clarify a simple situation. Very frustrated! The shoes look great they are just too small. Ugh American Tall you should do better than this. I should be able to exchange these without paying extra.”

“It’s really nice to have some options for long clothes that aren’t outlandishly expensive. I have found that the clothes are hit and miss. The sizing is a little tricky to master, some things I’m a medium and others an XL which has made shopping online a little harder, but I’m still grateful to have more options and over half my wardrobe is now America Tall.”

“I wanted to exchange and it wouldn’t allow me to instead they gave me a gift card for less value than I paid for the merchandise. Went back on the site to place the same order just a bigger size and the price went up tremendously now I have a gift card that I’m not planning on using until the merchandise goes on sale. Won’t be shopping with this company in the future”
