“I buy the shirts because they fit well, but I’ve frequently been disappointed with quality. After a few washes, little micro-sized holes begin to develop on the front of the shirt. I’ve also noticed that the fitted shirts lose their shape over time. I like the product, but I’d prefer to see better quality for the price.”

“First, let me applaud AT for introducing reasonably priced clothes for Tall - not Big & Tall, which is a completely different animal.
That said, I think there's a lot to improve - speaking solely for the men's pants line:
Fit - you've got several confusing product lines for men's pants, and then several option within them. I would simplify that scheme, with narrow cut, regular cut and relaxed fit being the trim options.
2nd, tall figures also need long rise - nobody likes their jewels are scrunched up tight, and very few guys older than 30 want the hip hugger look. So please, add long rise to each model.
I did get a denim work from you guys 16 months ago, and really like it.
I am a 100% cotton kind of guy, but the 9% synthetic does add a bit of stretch to the clothes that most Folks probably like.
Don't give up on the more interesting colors - rust, chocolate, etc. A lot of us are bored to death with tan, navy black and gray.

Oh - on your ordering system, PLEASE do not "lock in" the order after its placed. There's a lot of detail in an order, and guys rushed on phones or tablets don;t always get it right, so a quick followup call to Cust Svce should not yield a "Sorry, we can't do that".
That inability to correct a minor detail will hurt you in terms of returns, which you would want to minimize to reduce costs.

“I only give it 3 stars because of how long it took for them to ship it to me. It was ordered quite in advanced for Father’s Day, about 3 weeks prior, and still only barely managed to get here. “I love that they sell tall pants for women. I wasn't particularly excited to see that a lot of the pants are made mostly of polyester, I was hoping for cotton options and linen. I ordered 2 different pairs of pants, the length is great, I'm not thrilled about the polyester--one was thinner, one thicker--but I'm going to make it work because it's hard to find long pants. I also still check the website regularly to see what's new.”

“Over all nice pants but, arrived with missing belt loop, I'll have to sew one on. Also I will have to hem them, alittle too long. And the material, although soft, it picks up alot of static, so things stick to the pants.”
