“It’s really nice to have some options for long clothes that aren’t outlandishly expensive. I have found that the clothes are hit and miss. The sizing is a little tricky to master, some things I’m a medium and others an XL which has made shopping online a little harder, but I’m still grateful to have more options and over half my wardrobe is now America Tall.”

“The products are good but the customer service is not. Once you manage to hook up with a real person, the service is OK, but prior to that, it's horrible. It's no small accomplishment to contact a person and you are not allowed to actually speak to a person ever. I'm also disappointed that a company called American Tall sells only products made in China. Also, sizing is wildly inconsistent and there is no way to know that until you try on the clothing.”

“The clothes were nice. After wearing the trench coat for two weeks, the internal stitching to hold the pocket snapped unexpectedly when putting my hands in the pocket so now it just flaps around. I like the trench but wish it wasbetter constructed.”

“Extra tall doesn’t fit extra tall people. The torso of the shirts I purchased would fit someone of normal proportions 6’4” max. The arms are not proportionally sized to the torso of the shirts. Way too long. Now if the long arms matched with a long torso, the items would get 5 stars.”

“American Tall gets women's tall sizing right, I just can't figure out who their target audience is. The look tends to be very plain but with styles that are meant for a younger audience which doesn't tend to resonate. As an adult, I wasn't sleaker looks, not sweat pants and plain white t-shirts. The designs aren't unique to their brand.”
