“The quality of the leggings is low considering the price. Length is great. Sizes are confusing. I got a large and they were too big. Loose around my torso and thighs. Slide down a lot. Mediums were too tight and SEE THROUGH. Paying for shipping return was annoying but oh well.”

“I want to love it - and there are definitely things that are amazing...but the process of finding the right size is tricky and expensive. I have returned a TON of things - and unless you want the same style and size, you will be charged a fee. I wish theyd give you the option to try the same style in different colours without being penalized.”

“Ordered a shirt for my son, sent to him for early Christmas. The shirt fit him really well, but unfortunately he noticed a tear in the fabric on the sleeve. The shirt I would give at higher rate it's the trying to get in touch with a real person to talk with about the return which brings m3 to my frustration. Would like to do an exchange but has been hard to even speak with anyone. Still have yet to talk with a person, but at least they have responded to my email. Will see how things turn out from here getting an exchange. Wish it was a little easier to have a number to call”
