“I am a tall by keg length but not by rise. I wish rise both front and back were listed as part of product description. When clothing industry decided all pants should be 30” it left people like me in the cold. Most tall clothing the ruse is to annoyingly long, so I end up with the choice of wearing pants that are too short or with a rise that is uncomfortably to long. I know I can’t be the only human falling into this no man’s land.”

“I had to return this twice. I couldn't believe how huge it was. Normally I wear a medium in other brands. Because of past experience I ordered a small in the sweater. The fabric is lovely. The color is lovely. But it was huge. So I returned it and ordered an extra small. It was still huge. So I returned it again.”

“Their items are nice enough quality. But I have a 6 foot 8” husband who weighs 325. I have not purchased any blazers or shirts that actually fit him. The length is good. But nothing seems to be built for men with muscles that are tall.- eithier tall and lanky or maybe tall and average… but nothing for someone built like a football player ( without a football players salary 🤪) guess my search is still on …”

“The quality of the leggings is low considering the price. Length is great. Sizes are confusing. I got a large and they were too big. Loose around my torso and thighs. Slide down a lot. Mediums were too tight and SEE THROUGH. Paying for shipping return was annoying but oh well.”

“I want to love it - and there are definitely things that are amazing...but the process of finding the right size is tricky and expensive. I have returned a TON of things - and unless you want the same style and size, you will be charged a fee. I wish theyd give you the option to try the same style in different colours without being penalized.”

“Ordered a shirt for my son, sent to him for early Christmas. The shirt fit him really well, but unfortunately he noticed a tear in the fabric on the sleeve. The shirt I would give at higher rate it's the trying to get in touch with a real person to talk with about the return which brings m3 to my frustration. Would like to do an exchange but has been hard to even speak with anyone. Still have yet to talk with a person, but at least they have responded to my email. Will see how things turn out from here getting an exchange. Wish it was a little easier to have a number to call”
