Bought a program online earlier in the year. Started using the seat recently with my 5 month old. The harness is awful - it may adhere to Australian standards but it is such poor design from a quality and usability perspective for a product at such a high price point. The resolution was to watch a video of how to use it - I know how to use it. That’s not the issue. The re-design of the harness in the 2022 priam seat clearly highlights how flawed the earlier version was. Would not have bought it if I knew it was going to be so bad. I would have expected a replacement or at least discounted option. Will be telling everyone I know these prams are the worth it.

Hello Rohani, Thanks for your feedback. As you've alluded to you, the buckle design has been improved in the latest 2022 version Cybex Priam. Whilst there are hundreds of Priam owners out there using the previous buckle design without an issue (it usually just takes a little getting used to) we do appreciate that it could be more convenient. Hi, The pram is compact and light however one of the bolts has come loose and a nut has been lost within 2 weeks of use while we are overseas. Cheers

Let me tell you a story.. I own and operate Bubs 'n' Suds (Baby Car Seat & Pram Cleaning) and I was cleaning a Cybex Capsule for a customer. All was going well until I had to reattach the hood/visor back on after a deep clean. I believe I may have spent over 2 hours verbally abusing this capsule and making my neighbours think about calling the police on me... However, I gave up trying to work it out myself, and contacted your customer service department. RIGHT AWAY I was given the brightest hope in my current glim reality of being able to fix this issue! Her name is Valentina! Without a breath, she told me she would make a HOW-TO video, on how to reattach this monstrous hood/visor as I must have tried over 460 ways, myself, and I have never encountered an issue with any other seat. I'm positive she thought I was crazy for our entire phone call... But alas, she persevered talking with me, amongst hearing how upset i was about this seat and how i was letting my own customer down. She was was able to calm me down and told me to leave it be until she contacted me with the solution. I received the call the next day and had a video made especially for me. Valentina sent this video to me that afternoon! I was able to watch the video, bit by bit, and understand what I was missing and where exactly, I was going wrong. Although I dislike this capsule immensely, I LOVE this company. Valentina is a down right asset to the company and needs a bonus for helping me in such a way, and for just being human when I talked to her. Please, please, make her day with something, because even though this may sound like a small issue, it stressed a very tired twin mumma and new small home business owner out to the max. Thank you so much Valentina. Will highly recommend your company to every one of my clients from now on. 🌟 ⭐️

Reached out to them about issues with 3 of their products as I bought the gazelle s travel system. They fobbed me off saying this and that when I know the items are faulty and can’t be wear and tear after 5 months! Really not impressed with products quality or service from Cybex considering how much I had to pay

Amazing service and amazing quality products. Had been looking at a Nuna pram but your staff's expertise and the overall quality of the product made the switch to a Cybex a no brainer. Both communication at the baby show, as well as communication afterwards via email was excellent customer service.

My wife bought one an UP! newborn high chairs and I have to say the machining was out ( see attached) so we just wasted money on the purchase, plus an evening on the fool's errand of trying to build it. On one side the holes line up, but on the other side they are out by about 1mm, given the wood slots into a groove there is no wiggle room and given there is a weird metal plate we insert ( part of the overly complex design) I can't fix it by drilling the hole properly. We are not the type to make claims, but Anstel should not be selling this, it's expensive, complicated and the machining of the holes does not match. Just a terrible product and the last thing new parents need is stress and expense. The other reviews are good, so maybe we were unlucky, but I'm just going to chuck it out

The ‘Rolls Royce’ of strollers, cots, and capsules! 👌 We purchased the Cybex ePriam Stroller (Frame and Seat Pack), Priam Lux Carry Cot, and Cloud Q Capsule. We’re particularly loving the ePriam stroller features. But all of the products are beautifully made and easy to use, and they all look fabulous too! Thanks to Valentina and the Anstel Brands team for getting the (2022 model) order to us as soon as practicable after its arrival in Australia. They kept us informed whilst we waited, providing outstanding service. Also, I must mention the fantastic Valentina. She made dealing with Anstel Brands seamlessly easy and professional at all times. But also, she went above and beyond to help us by arranging to send our Cloud Q Capsule to us (early, whilst awaiting the ePriam to arrive in Australia) when our baby arrived very prematurely, putting us in a real pickle when traveling interstate. We were not residents of the state but with Valentina's help, we were able to get out and about and get mobile to have a bit of life normality. It made all the difference to us until we could get approval for our baby to fly home with us. First-class products, first-class service!

Simply amazing customer service! I needed a replacement clip on my pram, Val was fantastic and went above and beyond to find me the correct clip for my pram even when we both thought there was no hope!! She was extreamly professional and kind with corresponding with me. I love my GB pram, and to have a new clip to extend the use, is perfect!! Would highly recomend.
