“Placed an order a month ago for two items- one item came in this past week broken. Sent an email to them and they replied the put in for a ticket- a ticket for what?!! I need a shipping label to return it- not a ticket!! And I still haven’t received the other item yet! Will not purchase from here again!”

They politely pointed me toward their shipping policy and I noticed my mistake right away. I expressed to them my disappointment of not getting my product before Easter.
