“I purchased two lamps and both harps and finials were not in the box. I have reached out to customer service and Jennifer has quickly responded and has emailed that they are working to have these items sent to me quickly. Harps maybe not such a big deal but to match the missing finials would have been very difficult. At this moment I don’t have the replacements but the prompt and professional customer service puts one at ease and I believe that the company intends to correct this problem. When I try to inquire at the site, it will not allow me to log in, change the password or any thing to check out where my item is. I will soon have to file a complaint with my bank to cancel this order if I do not get a response within 48 hours.”

“I actually haven’t ordered from them but I absolutely LOVE the items they post. However, they only post 1 picture of each item - which is pretty absurd in a world where taking pictures and transferring them is extremely easy. I’d be okay with the 1 picture option is the return policy was lenient but it’s not. I just don’t feel comfortable buying items that show 1 picture and not being able to easily return them, if needed. I hope more pictures can start being added so that I can feel confident in purchasing the many items I’ve had my eye on!”
