“Would be a nightmare to assemble so many parts, actually 100’s and not made clear on the sales page. Would never have bought if I had saw the assembly instructions first and so feel cheated that this wasn’t made clear by Aosom. Also advised to return at our own expense, would cost far too much to return due to the size and weight that we have no option but to keep it and not be able to use it, will never use this company again.”

“We have recently ordered quite a few different seating options from Aosom after being very pleased with our first purchase from them a few months back. Their customer service is excellent. We had an issue with one of our seating options and it was rectified very quickly. Their customer service response is something other companies should aspire too. We are very happy customers.”

“My gazebo was delivered promptly. It is easy to put up and take down once you get the knack of it. It is gorgeous - tested it out yesterday in very chargeable weather and it easily accommodated my 8 guests for a BBQ and kept them dry!”
