“Came in time it said. There were a few parts of the structure where some of the wood had split but seeing how my daughter had built it for me as a surprise I couldn't contact customer services about it and I think I will be able to disguise it.
It is still a good sturdy bench so very pleased”
“Relatively simple to put up but needed minimum of 2 people and step ladders as it's much taller than I thought! However the instructions were a challenge, just pictures for you to interpret which meant a few screws had to be moved when put incorrectly.
Overall though it looks amazing, quality seems good and the value for money is excellent!”
“I bought a ‘beige’ parasol which is actually lemon in colour and does not match my outdoor sofas which are beige. Customer service refuse to acknowledge this. I have asked to exchange for a different colour but this company says I have to pay for postage. As it’s a very bulky item this will cost me a fortune. I would avoid this company.”
