“I am very disappointed in the returns policy and would not recommend this company to anyone else ! I have been told to keep an item that is not comfortable or suitable but because I want to return it I am expected to pay the whole shipping costs and arrange it all myself! Very Poor !”

After dragging the issue out, they finally admitted the missing item had gone out of stock — yet still refused to provide any kind of replacement or solution. The lack of accountability and basic customer support is shocking. I will never order from them again.”

I went back to Amazon but they no longer had the table in the colour I wanted and was directed to your website where I ordered the same table which holds items that before were scattered across several places. It is so neat and space saving. The second table holds my landline with pen and paper for messages. Great purchase at great price.”
