“Honestly, when my dad bought his bow weeks earlier from you guys and we took it to Bundaberg to get it adjusted in poundage and draw length (we are newbies to archery) at least everything was still straight. My bow, which was a showroom model, wasn't checked and the arrow rest and sight were way out. One would expect that when a shop sells a showroom model, that they at least go over it to see if anything is as close to a new one out of the box. It's a good bow and I am happy with it, but that was a bit disappointing. Will buy again but I want to be honest about it. Cheers

“The staff in Brisbane were excellent when assisting me over the phone in making my purchase and as a first-timer, I was very appreciative. The despatch was efficient and I received the goods pretty quickly and all in one package. One small item was missing from the pack and they were then despatched quickly as well. The only downside was the lack of purchase-specific information on how to assemble the item. After going to the website as directed the video session was not specific to my product so difficult to follow. After ringing the Brisbane shop again the staff were very helpful and sent me photos of how the setup should look for my purchase specifically - my recommendation is that the company ensure product-specific instructions on how to assemble and use are sent with the product and that the video links are properly related to the actual item - this is particularly important for newbies!! Thanks to the staff who persevered and assisted me - without them it would have been a different story?”

Bow is sweet! Shoots great and the more lil adjustments I make the better i and I become together.
Though the product was advertised as not having nicks included so I bought a set of nocking clips but to my surprise it did include nocking clips so now I have a lot of nocks but the kit did however say it came with a grip tape but however this want included in the package when I opened it. Be great if you guys could get back to me on this.
Otherwise the bow is the goods!”
“I had a good experience with Apex Hunting. The delivery came on time and the equipment was of good quality. My only criticism is that there was a missing item from my Samick Sage package. The package was missing the traditional bear hair arrow rest. I have yet to contact them regarding this.”
“The staff member was helpful and patient with me, later on your Instagram page I saw posts of people trying out their new bows. I was never offered that, and would have been nice as it's my first bow and some of my questions could have been answered”
