For the novice, the assembly, tuning and use of equipment can be confusing, the instructions provided are very basic and links to YouTube instructions videos are helpful, they are at high level and detailed assembly and usage is up to the purchaser to sort out. You could seek advice from a local archery shop, but they don't want to help you if you did not purchase equipment from them.”
“Had a couple of misunderstandings between placing orders, as we had to call from NZ because of shipping/weight problems. Unfortunately, the choice of courier to NZ though sucks on enough levels to put me off purchasing from here again. I can't comment on the products as I am still waiting to get them in hand, so I hope they're good. If I lived in Aus, id buy from them all the time but sadly living in NZ and the rigmarole with the courier means I likely wont be a return customer 😔”

However the centre serving underneath my dloop is loose. I may get away with tying a nocking point in underneath when I put a new dloop on and it may stay useable for a while
