“After a small mix up with with the weight of the broadheads I ordered the guys had a return slip sent to me within an hour and express posted the right heads to me within 3 days and sent me some goodies to say thanks for understanding, best service ever”

“Very happy with communications , product was back ordered due to stock issues and the staff was quick to offer alternatives to resolve , I was happy to wait and when back order arrived it was sent asap . IMO thats great customer service and i will be happy to purchase other products in future .”
