The reason for the 4/5 stars is that the packaging for the arrows almost results in missing arrow tips.
It was shipped in the original box which has an opening, and during travel it seems that some (5/10) of the tips became unscrewed. When I received the box I could see that some of the arrows were missing their tips, and when I placed the box in the table 1 tip drop to the floor. Fortunately all the other tips were in the other side of the box and none were missing.
Next time just place a couple of pieces of duct-tape on the box opening such that no tips can fall off.
