“I included a delivery note at purchase requesting that the parcel was not left out the front of my house, and to be signed for or returned to the nearest Post Office. This had happendd before and it is very concerning consodering local crime and the value of the goods being sent. My instructions were not followed, and this caused alot of hassle as someone had to go to my house and pick the parcel up as I was not in town. Instructions like this need to be taken seriously, otherwise a section for delivery notes is superfluous.”
“After a small mix up with with the weight of the broadheads I ordered the guys had a return slip sent to me within an hour and express posted the right heads to me within 3 days and sent me some goodies to say thanks for understanding, best service ever”
