I then left it as I was choosing what else to get as I was given a credit and then my package arrived in the mail. Not good communication or advertising. I contacted your office and the staff were very unhelpful and became frustrated with my questions. There was an expectation that I know everything. This nearly turned me off purchasing from apex. Also I purchased a bow stringer to ensure the warranty was valid. It would be helpful if apex had videos on your website to show how to assemble bow and use bow stringer. If you already do, I couldn’t find it. Maybe make a link on your site for assembly items..”
