“Love the bow , feels lovely to hold , but the only problem l have is , l am not sure weather you sent me the right size string because the distance between the string and the out egde of bow is over 8 inches when it should be less and that is standard without any twist in the line.If l twist it that only make the gap bigger again. The gap seems to be rather extreme.”

“Rarely answer the phone.....and customer service is very poor. I have a fair distance to travel to attend the store so like to call to confirm stock on hand before doing so. I finally got through on the phone and the shop attendant answering phone refused to get up and confirm that the bow was still available on the shelf (it was on shelf a few days prior)......he actually argued that their website was up to date and that I need to check it instead.
So I instead phoned Abbey who advised they had the same bow in store and I purchased a VXR31.5 from them.”
