“Rarely answer the phone.....and customer service is very poor. I have a fair distance to travel to attend the store so like to call to confirm stock on hand before doing so. I finally got through on the phone and the shop attendant answering phone refused to get up and confirm that the bow was still available on the shelf (it was on shelf a few days prior)......he actually argued that their website was up to date and that I need to check it instead.
So I instead phoned Abbey who advised they had the same bow in store and I purchased a VXR31.5 from them.”
“I was told that I had to order another product because it wasn't even though it said it was in stock. I then left it as I was choosing what else to get as I was given a credit and then my package arrived in the mail. Not good communication or advertising. I think it is a great site and will purchase again but if the same things happens after that I will not be. Thank you”
