“The item was as prescribed, and good communication right up to delivery, unfortunately, the delivery by Allied Express was poor. The heavy item, which was a 75" TV was left at the front door. The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door, he just left it and went. I am a 73-year-old with disabilities and I would have appreciated if the TV could have been moved inside my home. I was required to go to my neighbours for help to move the TV indoors. I have no complaints with Appliance Central and rate them 5 out of 5.”

“Fabulous service, excellent comms, super fast and efficient delivery by Allied freight, exceeded all expectations especially given the nature of the purchase (3 x TV's) and the problems of sometimes buying online. Can honestly say "buy with confidence and assurance the purchase will meet or beat your expectation"”

“Quite good service. Short delay as item ordered not in stock. Freight company used by Appliance Central left a lot to be desired. Tracking information inadequate, and it took 9 days from Sydney to Adelaide. Information invited by SMS and sent on day of delivery that was intended for final delivery driver was never received. SMS received from freight company on delivery day was confusing and very poorly worded. Phone number of freight company on their website appeared to be faulty. Automated answer said calls were very important, but then no human - just a void and then terminated.”
