“I was been told that when the fridge was delivered they will install and all the rubbish. As it was requested during booking. But they just left in front of the door and left. I was been told that they are not allowed to pick up the cardboard”

“This is a reliable, user-friendly company. Above all, their prices are very competitive. I purchased a TV which was $100+ cheaper than the same model elsewhere! Plus the delivery was free of charge from Sydney to Melbourne. This was the second time I have dealt with Appliance Central and I do not regret it. Do not hesitate to recommend this company. “Aramex Courier Service is AWFUL! While my experience with Appliance Central has been very satisfactory, I still have not received the appliance. Aramex Couriers have tried to deliver twice but as I am not at home most of the time they leave a calling card with instructions to rebook the delivery which is just a merry-go-round because I will not be home the next time they try to deliver. They say on their website that they have local collection points but that is not one of the options when you rebook the delivery. I have now called them 4 times with no result or joy. Overseas call centre, staffed by people whose English is a very distant second language and who seem unable to do anything except instruct me to rebook the delivery. The whole episode has become a farce. Aaramex have now charged me an extra $11.00 for redelivery which is due tomorrow and likely I will miss them again and so it will continue. NOT IMPRESSED!”
