“Purchased a rangehood. The foams in the box damaged when I open the box and it makes same level of noisy like lawnmowers. Found issues after fully installed.”

“I recently purchased a 65inch TCL Mini Led TV from Appliance Central. I ordered it late on a Thursday afternoon, received an email from them on Sunday and which said it was out for delivery. I then received a message from the courier on Monday morning saying that they would deliver at around 5.00 pm in the afternoon. The courier was spot on with the time and was very friendly and courteous. The TV is absolutely spectacular. I spent a lot of time researching new TV's before I purchased this one and I must say that the TCL, Appliance Central and the Courier all exceeded my expectations. So happy I bought from them. “Had problems with yout courier Aramax. Very short notice of delivery and couldn’t arrange someone to sign. Then had to collect at their only pickup near Perth Airport, way across town. I have suggested they give longer notice.”

“Fridge arrived. Door dented. And advertised price dropped $100 in 6 days. Asked for solutions to above. 1. $100 not service departments issue chase sales - no contact method. STRIKE 2. Door damaged. New fridge and day off could be done 2 weeks later. Else LG service request within 2 days to replace door. Asked replace door. 5 weeks later between lg service in manilla, local agent and appliances central ….. no clue so given up So dont buy from appliances central Pass”
