“Ended up being great. Purchased a F&P washing machine, was delivered in 2 days time which was great however the machine itself was faulty. After sending emails through guys at Appliance Centre helped technician come to my house and fix the machine. It's not their that the machine was faulty and they helped when notified.”

“The microvawe was ordered online on the 24/9/23. With a clear instruction to leave the goods at the patio of the granny flat at the back of the property. On 26/9/23 Aramex delivered the goods but took it back with them because I was not in the premises to sign the receiving of the goods. I called you and your receptionist told me there may be a pick up depot near me but she never got back to me. I sent another email 2 days later and again asked to deliver and leave the goods without my signature since I live alone and I work everyday . Again you replied in an email 2 days later and again wanted me to declare to accept the risk of the goods being missing or stolen had the goods were delivered without a receiver signature, which I did. The goods finally delivered on 5/10/23. I was not impressed by the way you deliver the goods. Had I known that a receiver signature is mandatory then I will definitely not proceed with the purchase because I will not take leave from work just to stay home and wait for your delivery. And your receptionist never called me back I think the duty of customer cares and responsibilities have been breached.”

“One of the best experiences of online purchase, the Call Center execs are super helpful and try their best to help you out with queries and concern, bought my LG G3 55” from them. I was sceptical at first but I think it was a very good decision indeed. Got a very reasonable price and seamless delivery, you guys rock Appliance Central.”

“Never received my item. The delivery company they use is terrible! Both days I waited at home when I was told delivery was on that day and it didn't arrive. It then arrived on a different day and needed a signature so they returned to the depot. On re-delivery they didn't bother to try again, they sent it back to the return sender. extremely disappointed.”
