“Hi there, Thank you for your email. Actually not really happy about the customer service the guys who came delivery rushing me out although i have aid for delivery and removal of my old machine they made mess and didn't even finish the job properly. Even machine its really loud noise like tractor while spinning I have emailed you guys with video haven’t got any responds yet.”

“The delivery was poor. No contact details were available to change the delivery so it came when I knew I wasn't going to be home. To organise the redelivery took two tries which was annoying, I was unable to leave the house for a day not knowing when it was going to turn up & it didn't turn up. Will not purchase anything through them again”

“Delivery of appliance was exceptional. Delivery driver was working alone and unfortunately had to cart the fridge down our many steps. Delivered without criticism and cheerfully went about his work. Great friendly attitude. Give the man a raise.”
