“This machine is everything I needed, a simple to use compact front loader washer with enough capacity for a small family. It seems to wash effectively and spin the clothes reasonably dry. I love the eco selection and the fact I can do a pre wash and extra rinse when needed as I don’t have a laundry tub. I’m yet to wash our doonas which will for me be the ultimate test. My previous machine was and F & P top-loader which has served me well for 19 years and has now gone to a friend to keep working. I knew this machine was what I wanted and went to the Good Guys to view it with the intention of purchasing. The sales assistant was very pushy, trying to talk me into bigger and more complicated more expensive machines despite my telling them I had a small space and budget and wanted a simple to operate machine. He also kept trying to sell me their extra warranty and rewards program. I left exasperated. I then went looking online for an alternative retailer and found this machine at Appliance Central cheaper without having to run the gauntlet of pushy sales assistants. I phoned with questions about the sales and delivery process and was politely and efficiently answered with no sales pitch. I ordered the machine on Tuesday and it was delivered and installed on Friday for FREE! Good Guys charge $80 for delivery and installation… The delivery guys were friendly and persisted with what proved to be a tricky installation - thank you. Unfortunately they didn’t get it quite right but I managed to sort it out myself after a couple of hours research online and now I know so much more about washing machine installation and laundry plumbing:-) I will certainly use and recommend Appliance Central in the future. Thanks.”

“The price for Samsung 656L Family Hub French Door Fridge was almost $1k cheaper than any store. Delivery was fast and easy (within 5 days) I guess they have it in stock. So far the fridge works well and I am very happy with the purchase and service from Appliance Central. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“The delivery was late. They did let me know that there was a driver sickness issue but would have appreciated it earlier as fridge was super urgent. Delivery men didn’t connect the drain pipe as part of installation and the laundry got flooded when I tried using it without realising it.”
