“Great product with great pricing. Friendly communication, but it would be nice if I can get notifications (sms or email) that the item is ready to be picked up instead of needing to call.”

“Good price, nice service. Second time customer, first was collection, second was a delivery. The delivery had no wrapping and a big puncture mark in the box, fortunately it wasn’t damaged. They give the big boys a good run for their money.”

“Bought the brand new Samsung fridge from appliance central. It was faulty. Called appliance central’s customer service but no positive response at all. Staff told me to follow it up with Samsung. After one week, end up with no fridge and still waiting for my refund from Samsung as fridge is not repairable. As per Samsung policy, it can take 15-20working days for refund. Appliances Central didn’t take any responsibility at all.”
