“Management to deliver ordered goods on line needs improvement. Courier service does not update customer services in case of delays. Your own customer service after the order is quite poor. Experience could have been made better rather than bitter. Good luck”

“I ordered a delonghi essence machine in plenty of time to be able to take on holidays, and after a couple of emails to you, I get informed they haven't got any in stock, I am bitterly disappointed, if you had the decency to let me know earlier I could of cancelled and got another elsewhere,”
