“Very happy with the purchase and the service; excellent communication from start to finish. The delivery guys deserve special mention - I live on the top floor of an apartment building with narrow staircase but they carried the fridge up with such positive attitude it made for a stress-free experience all around.”

“If I could have given a zero star rating I would have. I ordered an LG dryer from the website and was told that delivery would take 6 days, I waited 10 and had to call to ask about the status of the order. I was told that you didn't have stock and that the model was discontinued by LG. If you don't have the item to sell don't put it on your website and don't take peoples money and then offer them another more expensive item as a replacement. Horrible experience! Never again, I would rather pay more somewhere else and have piece of mind.”

“We recently purchased a Samsung 75 inch Neo QLed TV, it was $500 dollars cheaper at Appliance Central than any other major retailer! And free delivery to Wollongong which was excellent, we are very pleased with the wonderful customer service and delighted with our new television. We would highly recommend using this company”
