“Price matched with lower price but to date still didn’t refund the price difference. Tv is faulty, keep restarts itself. I’m undergoing trouble shooting with TCL support now.”

“Great competitive product prices. There is room for improvement in the communication to the Customer from the Sales team members on the ordered Product back orders and the ETA. If Customer doesn't have the communication of when their product is going to arrive, they tend to get worried. I had to follow-up multiple times on the ordered and paid TV. Overall satisfied with Appliance Central. Keep up the good job on the product prices. Will have to wait and see on the after-sales warranty support, if required. Will write a review at a later stage.”
